“I recently bought two pairs of Zamberlan boots from OutdoorGB. I had an issue with the soles on one pair and crooked stitching on the other pair and asked both pairs to be exchanged. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. The boots were sent back free of charge and 2 new pairs were sent return of post. I was kept informed throughout the process, in fact I was even sent a photo of one of the pairs of boots to make sure that they were acceptable for me! And the Zamberlan boots are excellent too, thanks again OotdoorGB, 5 stars from me...”

“Fast and efficient delivery of the shoes I ordered. Unfortunately the shoe were not what I thought they would be (makers error) and I returned them for a refund. Again this has been really quick with an email this morning telling me that the refund would be in my account within 5 to 10 days. Well done”
