“Although the boots were not the best quality and maybe the wrong size, I was able to return them efficiently for £3.35 at the post office. The refund I received was the full asking price, as per statutory rights for distance selling. It is nice to get what one expects. I am easily pleased.”

“You really know how good or bad a seller is when you have to get any after sales service. With my last order from Outdoor GB I had a chance to check this. First, my address was somehow wrong when I received the order confirmation. I emailed them and had it all sorted before order was dispatched. Then two of the items weren't as I expected them so I used the returns procedure. All went smooth. Both thinks above fill me with confidence that I can shop on this website again with no worries. It wasn't the first time, it won't be the last.”
