“Very fast delivery service. Good communication . Only down side is they should send you a returns label . If you don't have a printer to print the returns label off it is expensive to return your items at your own cost .”

“Great quality at a excellent price and item arrived earlier than stated. Very pleased with purchase The boots are comfortable, lightweight and good fit for the size I chose. Took a chance on going a half size bigger and luckily worked out well however I think my usual size would have been okay but happy going up that 1/2 size. Well pleased. Thanks.”

“Ordered A pair of Salomon trainers late afternoon and they were delivered by 10.30 next day. Unfortunately the product didn't fit but registering the return and printing off label was really easy. Sent item back via Post office and had acknowledgement email confirming receipt of the return the following day with a full refund a couple of days later. The whole buying/return experience with Outdoor GB was very efficient... would definitely reccommend them to friends and family”

“The purchase was a return swop for different size. Process was easy, phone operator polite and efficient. Downside was that delivery was via EVRI rather than Royal Mail. They delivered the parcel at nearly midnight to the wrong address which had a different post code to mine. Parcel was found after checking nearby properties.”
