“The company had keen pricing and ver easy to deal with. I was advised that the item was out of stock - so I could wait for a couple of weeks, or cancel order. very apologetic and timely. I chose to wait, and goods arrived as per new schedule and packed well. I was kept informed of delivery status via good tracking. So all in all a good company. It is when things go awry that a good company can excell as this one did.”

“Great response and sent out on time. Shame about Royal Mail who didn't deliver the item despite next day delivery. I then had to go through a lengthy process which ended up with them telling me to contact OutdoorGB.”
