“Although the boots were not the best quality and maybe the wrong size, I was able to return them efficiently for £3.35 at the post office. The refund I received was the full asking price, as per statutory rights for distance selling. It is nice to get what one expects. I am easily pleased.”

“Good value, fast delivery. The Berghaus jacket was an excellent fit, true to size. The hood is a good design, when zipped up the jacket covers your chin and prevents the wind blowing the hood down.”
