“Having sent a pair of crops back to another company I needed to check that these had two zipped pockets on the front. The lady (Claire I think?) was brilliant, she said she was working from home, couldn’t check but would get someone to check and she would ring me back. She did exactly what she said she would do and rang me back, I placed an order online, got a return email saying they had been dispatched all this took maximum of 10 minutes….. yes 10 minutes and they arrived the following day PERFECT and THANK YOU! Used the company many times before but today was super, super impressed. Thank you that lady.”
