“I believe the return experience is included in the overall customer service points. Even though I need to pay for the return postage, I feel that refund was fast and the customer service sent me a link for the pre-pay postage of Royalmail( you need to pay yourself but you can create the QRcode which you can present at the post office for them to print out the label for you). I thought that was a nice gesture. I bought from this web store around 3 times and I have never been dissappointed so I recommend this website for sportswear ( fleece, waterproof jacket, trainers).”
