Parcel hero was helpful when the courier failed to turn up after waiting all day, but you have to rebook and repay and the refund can take five days. We will see if the courier turns up tomorrow. Also when you book you can then get confusing emails that say your process hasn’t completed even though you have a new tracking number.

Paid for next day delivery and it’s not been received and no idea where it is, there’s no ability to contact this company either to obtain any kind of information or refund, they send you round and round in circles without actually giving you any contact details.

Hi ,
The supplier are refusing to refund my money for returned tiles saying over 1/3 of them were damaged in transit.
They will only refund 51 out of 78 tiles so your parcel delivery has cost me over £300.
How do I claim this back from you ??

They offer alterations of collections free of charge, you just have to pay again and they will give you a refund but they never do.

Fed-ex next day delivery. Dropped off at parcelshop Monday Morning....still hadnt been collected by fed ex by Wednesday Night. So i've had to cancel and rebook with another courier.
Parcelhero...no live chat, no phone support. 7 days for a refund...and no idea how much a cancellation fee i will be charged. Wont be using them again.

Our package finally showed up a week later (with no help from them) we actually paid and reordered the product and it arrived before this parcel did! When we requested a refund they said it wasn't possible as our parcel was large which is the reason for delays.

WARNING DO NOT USE 6 WEEKS AFTER TRANSACTION AND DELIVERY TOOK PLACE THEY TOOK OVER £150 OUT MY ACCOUNT NO NOTICE WHEN QUESTIONED THEY SAID DID AN AUDIT AND PARCEL WAS WRONG SIZE NO REFUND AS I COULDN'T PROVE WHAT THEY SAID

Fedex turned up on the day UPS were due so had to cancel UPS collection however I have not received a refund and I had to pay a cancellation charge but when I contacted ParcelHero, they advised that they are only a facilitator and basically want nothing to do with it.
