Paid for delivery of a parcel to the USA, booked as usual, no problems with the website or paying, labels printed off no problem, took my parcel to the drop off, booked it in and forgot about it. I then received notification that another payment had been taken from my account, the same as the original cost, so I automatically thought they took the money late, I then started to receive emails saying I was expecting a delivery, not unusual at this time of year, but when it arrived, it was the parcel I sent to the USA 6 weeks prior, no contact emails from anyone regarding any problems with the parcel or delivery, I’m pretty p*^*^d off as my friend was expecting this for Christmas and now it’s not going to be delivered or in fact needed any longer, so, to summarise, I’ve been charged twice, had zero emails, and no delivery of the package that is now back with myself, and no longer wanted. Over to you parcelhero, let’s see what excuses you come up with on why this wasn’t delivered or why I’m not entitled to a refund, which is the usual response from companies like these

Booked a delivery for a large package stating accurately the weight and dimensions. When courier turned up the next day he advised he could not take the package as it was too big. Had to cancel and wait several days for a refund. Incredibly frustrating as the correct information was given on booking so would have preferred to be told then that it could not be taken

My parcel wasn't collected with 0 communication. Parcel Hero were really difficult to get in touch with and there were no updates on my booking despite having been charged. I found out the next day that they did not collect the parcel and a refund was not even offered. Would not recommend.

I received a confirmation e mail printed everything off. On pick up day NO one showed up to collect the parcel. No explanation or apology. So I cancelled and was told 7 days to get a refund. Not a good representation of your company.

PH offered another slot on Monday, tried to charge again, as so asked for a full refund then they quoted £6 back.

In the meantime, I cancelled the order, haven't had the refund because apparently it will take a ridiculous 7 to 10 working days.

the courier would not collect my parcel which was a network rack because it wasnt in a box - it was clearly labelled and the seller didn't have a box 48" long - so had to cancel both the collection and the purchase of the rack and it cost me £6 to cancel the collection - am awaiting my refund for the original courier booking which was with UPS - the rack would have been much easier to handle and move as it was not wrapped than had it been in a box

delivery was without issue charged £74 for oversize parcel that wasnt oversize and took money out my account in the middle of the night 2 weeks later. very poor customer service...no refund even after giving proof of my claim. my 30cm wide parcel was charged @ £74 for being 67cm wide. am i missing something here or just being scammed
