“I don't travel from manchester often and am not familiar with the airport so I wanted a valet parking deal to minimise the chances of getting lost trying to find a car park! Also I didn't have much time to spare as I was travelling from more than 2 hours away. Parkbutlers excellent sms service and easy booking was superb service and the driver met me at terminal two and parked my car for me. They explained exactly what to do when I arrived back on my return journey. I had my car returned and was heading home within 1 hour of landing back. I will always use parkbutler when I fly.”

However, on my return I travelled with only hand luggage so it was difficult to give 20 minutes notice after clearing passport control and I had to wait 15 minutes, so perhaps making a note of whether customers have luggage or not.”
