Our car was collected on time and everything was as it should have been, the problem on our side came on our return, we landed at 2.30am and once we had our luggage we rang the parkbutler contact number and were told it would only be 5 minutes and we would get our car back but another 5 minutes later we got a call to say our car would not start. We recently had similiar problems with the car and the staff at parkbutler got some jump leads by going to different petrol stations to find one at that hour of the morning and got our vehicle started and delivered it back to us within 45 minutes of our 1st call. We were delighted especially because there was no charge or annoyance from the staff, they simply got on with it and helped us out. We would really like to say a big thank you to everyone on the night shift.”
