“I made a mistake on the on line form and booked my departure airport as T1 and return as T1. Once I had confirmed everything I printed out a copy and then noticed the error as I was actually travelling from T2. I called them on the land line (very easy to find for a change) and they corrected it immediately and emaied me an amended confirmation. The whole thing took only a couple of minutes.”
