“Ordered a besafe stretch car seat. Delivery was very prompt, arriving 2 days after ordered. Packaged well. No problems and very happy with the service. Would use Paul Stride again.”

“Really happy with my purchase. It wasn’t originally in stock, but I was kept updated and updated as soon as it was so I could buy the item. Only disappointing thing is the postage cost was almost the same cost as the item itself!”

“I am very impressed with Paul Stride, we've never been let down by them. We bought our first pram system and car seat from them and then our follow on car seat and then the next upto 12 years old car seat. The advice and knowledge is brilliant. I was at my wits end searching online at what I needed for our little boy to go into next and I spoke to Becky who was so helpful I could've cried. She narrowed everything down and was so informative and helpful in what she told me. After some inaccurate advice from my health visitor about car seats, Becky put my mind at ease and reassured me and made sure we now have everything correct for both our children. Forever grateful and am a returning customer to Paul Stride”

“First time using this company as needed a replacement part for our sons car seat. Easy to order from delivery was quick. I had to contact them regarding my delivery as delivery driver had taken to local depot which was closed 3 days of the week and Paul Stride company went above and beyond and got it sorted for me. Would recommend and use again if needed”

“We've used Paul Stride for our first infant carrier/pram travel system and more recently for our next car seat to move up from the infant carrier. The staff are all lovely and full of information. It's never any issue for you to try things, even the car seat being put into the car to check space, fit etc before buying. I did order through click and collect to make the car seat more affordable with the other payments options and again that was absolutely no problem. The click and collect went through and the car seat was in my car within 10 mins. Would highly recommend Paul Stride!”
