Placed an order on line for a car seat that my son and his partner had chosen, received a call from Sally who informed me that the clour we had chosen had some slight scratched on it, in her words 'hardly noticable' but she offered a discount or we could have a different colour with no scratches, there would be no delay, delivered next day. We chose the origionla colour, and Sally was right you can hardley notice cthe scratches. Good customer relations there, advised of an issue, gave me alternatives and left the decision up to us.
