“I submitted a 5 star review about a stunning 5 star jacket I bought for a sensational price from PH. My problem was that AFTER buying the jacket I received an email saying that an extra 20% off was available and my review flippantly said cheers PH I could have done with the email before I checked out !!!! SO HOW SHOCKED DO YOJ THINK I WAS WHEN I READ AN EMAIL SAYING CONTACT US AND WE WILL SORT IT OUT!!!!! I HAD BOUGHT THE JACKET I WAS PERFECTLY HAPPY WITH IT. I GAVE IT 5 STARS.......THEN PH ONLY WENT AND REFUNDED THE EXTRA 20% TO MY CARD. I have never received customer service like this in my life from any company and I've been buying designer clothes for 40 years. These guys are just the best. Full stop. With customer service like Ive just experienced why would I want to go anywhere else IM HONESTLY STILL IN SHOCK NOW!!!! THANKYOU PH IT WASNT ABOUT THE MONEY. AND FOR YOU TO DO WHAT YOU DID AFTER I HAD CHECKED OUT WAS JUST UNHEARD OF. PH 4 LIFE!!!!!!”
