Never had any issues with any purchases, all really good quailty and fast delivery. Only slight issue I have is with the quality of the zips on some products - can be a bit sticky and had one tear right off with minimal effort. Otherwise, no problems.

Just like to say in the many years I've been a customer I have never ever had a problem, be it delivery or quality of goods ordered, until last week, so its minus 1 star for royal mail for acting like evri in disguise and 10 stars to the star at PH who goes by the name of Jake, excellent customer service, and resolved my first ever problem above and beyond, thanks Jake, anyways just to say to anyone reading this, PH are a quality company with quality merch and quality staff, espesh Jake! .

The only complaint is delivery seems to take forever ,told 5 days ago order was on its way and still waiting ,can't fill in the survey fully as I've no idea on what to put for some of the questions ,as still waiting
