Just like to say in the many years I've been a customer I have never ever had a problem, be it delivery or quality of goods ordered, until last week, so its minus 1 star for royal mail for acting like evri in disguise and 10 stars to the star at PH who goes by the name of Jake, excellent customer service, and resolved my first ever problem above and beyond, thanks Jake, anyways just to say to anyone reading this, PH are a quality company with quality merch and quality staff, espesh Jake! .

I ordered a jacket for my son for Xmas via a link he sent me. The coat is excellent quality I just hope it fits as this was the first time I had used this website. The service was very efficient however so if the sizing is good I will definitely use this site again.
