“This email has come to review my purchase, when they have never arrived, the tracking has never updated and you don’t really to your emails? Would think again before ever ordering even if the items do fingers crossed turn up?!”

“Placed an order on July 26th (27 days ago) order has still not arrived. I was assured in good faith that there would be a resolution. So much so I placed a further order on August 16th (5 days ago) unfortunately the same thing has appeared to have happened with no communication as to whether that order has been recieved by the courier. So I now have orders of £150 worth of product which seem to have disappeared. My last email querying this had been ignored. Which I find absolutely applaing customer service after giving them the benefit of the doubt.”

Hello Steven, thanks for your time. Looking at your order i can see this was handed over to Royal Mail on the 16th. However its not updated until the 21st. I can see info have reached out to Royal Mail for a update as to why this has happened. This could be down to a backlog at Royal Mail. I have asked to take this further with info@peacefulhooligan.co.uk would be happy to assit where possible.

Hello Ian, Thanks for your time, I am sorry to hear your issue on this, Looking at your order, I can see your grand total was £46.95 including postage, this will be why you order didnt trigger free shipping, As this applys when the grand total is over £50. As for the discount, you can only use one discount at a time. Hello Ian, Thanks for your time, I am sorry to see this issue, This order is showing it was handed to Royal Mail on the 13th, However it did not update with them until the 17th. Since then its in transit with them, showing as of yesterday its in Manchester MC.
