“My order was sent to another customer but rather than sending me a replacement immediately while the item was still in stock they waited for the other customer to return it, which not surprisingly they didn’t. In the meantime the items had gone out of stock, so I missed out. I had to email several times over two weeks to find out what was happening and ultimately get a refund. Really poor customer service.”

“Hi,,,I have been buying mainly t-shirts for a good few years now....I must say the quality isnt what it used to be...Maybe you can tell me if a different style means different cotton etc... Would be great to re issue old t-shirts with the old quality cotton. My two recent purchases are still great but when you compare with the old...it is like Harry Maguire against Bobby Moore...... I hope you find my criticism constructive....Oh even the wife has noticed a change in quality when she comes to the ironing...!! Cheers Warwick”
