“First of all, my home internet network was misclassified. I contacted support. They soon after added support for my supposed network type which they got wrong so the app was supposed to work, allegedly. I was ignored for a month so I sent another email asking for an update. Once again ignored. I have software that detects network usage and I can see how much the app used during this time. It has been over 3 months since my first email and I still have no response, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. The amount of internet used does not justify having earned not a single cent for that period and is a blatant abuse. I strongly advise anyone who wishes to try this app to have no expectations or simply not at all, especially if you are paying for internet traffic per MBs. This company is doomed if they do not fix their support and actually start responding to inquiries.”
