“I thought the surgery was very clean and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I think one of the really great things about this surgery is the opening hours as it is so hard to get appointments out office hours.”

“The dentist was running late, so an efficient receptionist switched my hygienist and dentist appointments around. The hygienist was excellent (though she was just filling in - she is usually based in Richmond). And the dentist routine check up was OK. Everywhere in the surgery is very clean and comfortable. The numerous adverts and leaflets telling you how you can transform your teeth spread around the waiting room make for intereseting reading whilst you wait for your appointment.”

“The service and treatment are excellent as are all the team both admin support and front end dentistry team. One complaint is lack of punctuality for appointments when I am always on time. It's accepted that as the day progresses there is likely to be appointment/time slippage, but for an early a.m. appointment this should not be the case. Otherwise I am delighted with the quality of service and treatment I have recently received.”

“Dentist was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Got X-Rays done and a thorough check up. Would have given 5 stars if I got a scale and polish, just because that's my favourite part of the dentist”
