“Perfect smile conned me when I came for implants and fitted Bridges, they aint even cut right and dont fit to the gums, they extracted 2 teeth and put permanent Bridges over them ,the gums have to heal first , a 3 ml gap there, also they slipped and put a big hole in my tongue, and now have me blocked and offer no refund at all , they demand English cash off everyone so nothing goes through the books, the Turkish government will know on Monday all about it , dont come here they hide the bad reviews on Google to , its all a scam no refund offered after I told them that's whay I need , its going cost 9k to put right and more.pain”

“Lavender hill awful place avoid at all costs. Rude receptionist, unecessary work carried out no aftercare service. Once you’ve paid they’re not interested. Go elsewhere.”

“Very bad practice, non-professional dentist and using cheap materials, I do not recommend to anybody. It is waste of time and money. I went for 3 appointments so far to treat my tooth, as I got severe pain, all what was done is removed the old permanent filling and put new temp filling, they charged £89 for 3 appointments, when I went to other dentist, they are professional, they treated my tooth in one appointment. The reception is terrible, every time I ring them, the first I hear “please hold the line for me”, one day I waited for 25minutes and nobody come back to me.”

“I recently went dr. Veera saravana perumal at perfect smile he was unprofessional fully money minded. My husband went 5 tooth root canal but he pulled 12 teeth. We went ask about he said I took that all with ur husband permission. Now my husband very shy to face anyone he removed my husband multiple tooth he ask money money for daily minimum 20000we paid 69200 last balance only 14000 that time i told please first complete the root canal hereafter I will pay the balance but next sitting that doctor act very rude he tighten the implant without injection my husband was very injured fully pain and my husband asked to the doctor very please give any medicine but that doctor told go to the pharmacy and take any paracetamol tab. We are not take free treatment but he treated very rude. Now I went another dental now the new doctor said I don't know why the doctor put implants its fully unwanted so now now I lost my money and treatment now took most of tooth now we need to fix 12 teeth only upper I thing he is not a doctor he missed more fingers in his hand he was not to eligible to practice and his location was loacation saravanapatti viswasapuram bus stops .”

“Staff are so rude arrogant and dishonest at reception, I had a filling with clean its was done to a poor level and care its not smooth its leaking painful when i eat something sweet needs to be done again. Avoid Perfect Smile at all cost nothing perfect. Not to my expectations.”

“Very unprofessional behavior from the dentist. Went to do an invisalign consultation in the West Hampstead clinic and left with no estimation on the price or the lenght of the procedure. I expressed my dissapointed, but still I wanted to take a prochure with me and the dentist said ”I will give to someone who needs it”. Very unprofessional behavior!”

“After having examination the dentist was more focused on cosmetics teeth whitening and profit and less concerned on root canal solving my prognosis. I wonder why clinicians here want to be dentist its more talk and no work getting the job done root canal. Unprofessional service..”

“I have been to perfect smile muswell hill and as of now totally disappointed the work done was terrible one of my fillings was done quick resulting in a defect and one of them came out they don't have expert's my treatment its ineffective very poor this practice its not well led and could do with diffrent dentist. Inefficient practise”

“Infection after the treatment.Avoid this company. Had tooth filling with them and it got infected. I was in pain and half of my face swollen. They offer me as solution a crown.. so why did you put me filling if I needed crown? I paid nearly 200£ for filling for nothing”

“Terrible nhs service for kids. 1. Check up appointment in a year, even that lockdown finished. 2. Always offering private service, not willing to do anything thru NHS 3. My daughter’s filling were lost in a less then month, but the repeated the same. Just put filling on a top, no cleaning, nothing. After their treatment my daughter has an abscess and were referred to another doctors.”

“Since change of managenent, very poor customer service, no response to emails and calls about arranging appointments or updates on my treatment. Overpriced, misleading information on website. Had to change dentist mid treatment and they withheld my patient files for months despite repeated requests. Appalling service. Do not waste you time and money.”

“NOT an NHS dentist as advertised. Greedy and money-grabbing practice - Dentists are more like sales people in my experiences. This morning, after a 25 minute wait on the phone, I was told that the next NHS appointment would be in 8 months time. I asked how soon I could get booked in if I paid / booked private and they said next week... utterly shameful that they're using the pandemic as an excuse. DO NOT BOTHER!”
