“Avoid this company! I hired them to write a personal statement. I provided them my resume and a couple of examples that highlighted my leadership. During the initial call that I paid extra for, I explained to the representative that I wanted the writer to display impact and diversity within my paper. The representative had a very thick accent and was hard to understand. I received the final paper and the writer literally regurgitated the information I provided and it was poorly written with grammatical errors. The writer never highlighted diversity and impact. I complained and the manager said I never uploaded or put anything in writing on the specifics of what I wanted in my paper. I didn’t feel the need to since I had the initial call with a representative. They gave me a $16 refund and $100 towards my next writing product. I never want to use this company again so the $100 is useless. Such a waste of money!”
