“Skin discolourations from their product. Which wasn’t the intended purpose. No refund was given. Medical records show exogenous hyperpigmentation enchantments even tho CJC and Ipamorelin was used.”

“"I made a mistake in my order so I asked to cancel it and asked for a refund. They promptly cancelled on July 7th, promising they would refund, but they didn't so far. Three emails to their customer service went unanswered. Should I consider this a scam?" Following this review (I had given 2 stars, now updated) the seller promptly refunded and apologized. Now I made a new order and am waiting for delivery. The problem imho lies in the lack of communication around the time they say they need to make a refund. So I would suggest them to publish or include in their emails this important piece of information to avoid waste of time on both sides.”

“Good prices and a good product but tainted by poor levels of customer service. Debit card payments aren't automatically offered and my bank (Lloyds) won't authorise bank transfers to this company so to get a link sent by which payment may be made takes hours and a minimum of 3 emails. So if you can tolerate 18th Century levels of service there guys are great.”

Hi Mick, I have just looked into this and can see that you placed the order on the 7th of June, we dispatched the parcel on the same day and delivery was attempted on the 9th of June however the tracking stated there was no answer. I believe this was the reason you didn't receive your parcel for 6 days. “My order of TB500 arrived next day which was quicker than expected. I’m really happy with the whole process and can happily recommend the company to others. I haven’t tried the product yet but from the other reviews left, I have no reason to doubt the quality.”

Hi John, As you can see from the image I have uploaded we have replied to your email? we have received no response from your self regarding the email. You did email us on a bank holiday here in the uk therefor we did not reply until we were back in office on the Tuesday. “The initial purchase was confusing because of the way they have you access. I ordered refills instead of the initial kit. Because of this, I did not receive any of the water. In a dialog with their customer service, I was told "I am unable to recommend any USA suppliers as I have not personally had any experience with any, however, a google search has informed me that bacteriostatic water is available over the counter in any pharmacy in the USA, so I would recommend trying your local pharmacy." This is not accurate information. NO local pharmacies carry this particular water. Google is wrong. Thus, the company is not giving accurate information. My suggestion for the company is to advise the customer of the need for this water and make sure they dont leave without understanding. I am stuck with the product, but no way to administer it.”
