“Email live chat phone lines ridiculous cannot get through. Waiting for a reply due to faulty shoes and asked to upload documentation which I did on the 18th July but yet no reply to emails Not a great experience and shall not be ordering from yourselves again. It's not like things are cheap the shoes cost £99”
