Their customer service is so bad and the PRODUCTS DONT WORK! i purchased a pair of AirPods from here for £60 about a month ago, they were faulty so I emailed and asked for a return label so I could get a refund…after about 4 weeks I still didn’t get my money back as they kept claiming never received them! Then randomly I got sent a new pair of AirPods from them which is all great except the AirPods they sell have drained batteries and only last a couple of hours .

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely awful, I was sold cheap, fake Yesido AirPods instead of Apple. Awful customer service. I was reassured next day delivery and paid extra- they have not turned up. Do not buy from this company!

Very poor service received from all aspects of purchase, Set me up a new contract when I asked for a upgrade that I was due, told me you couldn't listen to the call but then could all of a sudden when my wife chased it up on my behalf, still have not got a working phone which your staff in store couldn't have been less helpful about.

I needed my mobile MIC looked at or repaired, it seems the service is built around the sale and not the customer after the sale.
My moble continues to offer limited volume, I will not be using phone4u again.

Phones 4 u service was good but the quality of their after sales customer service is poor not very helpful.
Have had issues with both phones we purchased one having to be replaced completely within a month !

Whilst the deal I was offered came with cash back, that positive point paled in the light of the fact that my contract took a whole month to be activated by Phones 4 U on the EE network. The wait was annoying, calling customer service constantly did not help at all until I went into a Phones 4 U store and threatened to dump the entire deal.
