“ Their customer service is so bad and the PRODUCTS DONT WORK! i purchased a pair of AirPods from here for £60 about a month ago, they were faulty so I emailed and asked for a return label so I could get a refund…after about 4 weeks I still didn’t get my money back as they kept claiming never received them! Then randomly I got sent a new pair of AirPods from them which is all great except the AirPods they sell have drained batteries and only last a couple of hours . ”
