“Super-easy site, great that the production and delivery status of the item (in my case a personalised iPhone case) was so regular and accurate, good price and, most importantly, it arrived well protected/wrapped and was a well produced and printed product. The only thing I'm not happy about is that my wife's main present is a £250 pair of heels and I think she's going to prefer the iPhone case...”

“The service I received was excellent. I ordered two collage photo phone covers. I forgot to allow for the side of the phone when positioning my photos. Natalie in Sales went and found my phone covers, phoned me back to talk about them and sent me pictures of what they looked like. I redid them and she went and checked they had come out well. I couldn't have asked for better customer services, thank you!”

“I paid £6.99 for it to be delivered in 48 hours and it to 5 days to reach me so I am not happy after paying that on top of the price for nothing!!.”

Hi Claire, Order was placed at 12.18pm on 9th. We shipped it on the advertised schedule (10th December) on a 48 hour service, which would result in delivery on th 12th. You are correct it was delivered 1 day late (13th, a Saturday). This was due to ParcelForce delays which was caused by severe backlogs with the weather the UK has had. It arrived with yourself within 4 days and was shipped in 1 day from our warehouse. If you would like to respond to the email ticket we can arrange a credit to be added to your account for the difference in carriage. Many Thanks, Richard

“Stickers are great but had I not had the voucher I wouldn't have paid much more for them. I also paid three separate delivery charges to have them delivered and then they all came in one envelope which could not have cost nearly £6! A bit disappointed and won't be in a rush to buy them again.”

Hi Ami, Thank you for the review. Unfortunately as this is a Wowcher deal it is one voucher code per transaction. Our automated software detects same addresses and will combine orders if it means less deliveries to the same address. It also reduces the possibility of some being delayed in delivery around this busy Christmas period with Royal Mail. Many Thanks, Richard.
