“I purchased the Biomax 450 and wish I had known about red light therapy sooner. The size is perfect for spot treatments of my lower back, neck, face and I even use it on my tummy for my awful IBS (though I haven’t noticed any improvement for IBS yet). It’s greatly lessened my lower back pain and overall improved my quality of life.”

“These are powerful lights and you can feel the difference right away. I borrowed a panel from a friend (different brand) and there is no comparison. I’ve been researching red light panels for about a year. There are a lot of brands but this is the cream of the crop! The customer service is very responsive as well.”

“I have purchased PlatinumLED BioMax Series Pro MIDI on 2025-08-21 for S$1,531.85. I am confident of this product because Mr Alex Ferguson has done an extensive study and comparison among most of the Red Light Therapy Suppliers and ranked PlatinumLED first in 2025. I am pleased that I have acquired the LATEST Model when I was about to purchase the Red Light from PlatinumLED. It was a countdown from 10 days. We are able to individually adjust the strength of the 7 wavelengths under Custom Mode (with 7 individual wavelengths from 480nm, 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm, 850nm and 1,060nm) from 0% to 100%. There is Smart Mode (Deep Tissue, Anti-Aging, Sleep, Skin Repair) and also the timing (15 mins, 30 mins etc) and Pulse RLT. The light is indeed strong and the Table Top Stand we have acquired is of good quality. The height is just nice but heavy. Both the Red Light + Table Top Stand are heavy so I put in on a trolley so we can wheel around in the home for all our members to use anytime anywhere. Though this is a US Product, when I ordered in Singapore, PlatinumLED will customise the Power Output to match our 230V so there is no conversion issue. The Customer Support is very responsive, patient and helpful. They reply to my queries very quickly and they take time to address all my concerns. It is worth every penny to buy this product. “i'm very pleased wtth your Platinum Light. It is a lot brighter than my old one so i'm looking forward to it helping with some of my skin issues. i'm a little confused with sometimes at the end of the 20 minutes treatment that only one time both lights turned off at the same time . The othertimes the top one runs maybe 15 or so seconds . Love it and thank all of you that helped with getting it. Harry Celec”

The individual wavelength control gives me a ton of flexibility, and the optional high-power mode is no joke. “These lights are well made. I've had finger tears along with other hand injuries. After using this light it eases the joints almost immediately where I can bend my forefinger more with less pain.Considering this is a 30 year old injury I do highly recommend this high end light.”

“I opened the box and on the first day I used one Biomax900 for 20 minutes on my head, it addressed an issue I didn't even know I had. I used it in the evening before bed. When I woke up 4 hours later on my left side, my left ear was semi-blocked with cerumen. I had experienced improved circulation and lymphatic flow. Cellular metabolism and repair had been promoted. It's possible that stagnant or hardened cerumen was loosened. More likely, inflammation had been impeding normal wax migration - as I have known inflammation. A detox-like effect was triggered - where the body was previously unable to clear efficiently. Ceruminous and sebaceous glands were clearly stimulated by heat, light, or increased mitochondrial activity. Stimulation of cranial or autonomic nerves near the ear could have been impacted local gland activity with improved neurological signaling. After the first use, I feel more alive and alert and energetic!”

“The worst customer service - buyer beware! I spent a few thousand $ on the BIOMAX900 and stand per influencers selling tactics. I received the stand unusable with a completely bent part. I had to resort to hanging it from the door and threw out my back. I am writing this while laying here with back issues. The customer service had the audacity of blaming me for bending heavy steel, which is impossible to do. I am stuck with a panel unable to use because they refuse to send me a new part or another even less expensive stand! I am now concerned (as is my brother who also purchased it), if the panel even works the way they claim, it does based on this very unethical business practice.”

Hello! We've tried every way possible to assist this customer as we always do with our entire family of PlatinumLED users. This customer had a very hard time assembling the metal stand and ended up not assembling it correctly, then damaging it in the process. We gave and continue to give complete support at all times regarding how to remedy the situation but the customer is more intent on anger and will not accept assistance. It's an unfortunate situation and one that we can only continue to send our support on as we always do.

“They’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing as far as helping heal injuries. Only issue is we have the 600 and 300 stacked and both touch pads have to be accessed to turn both on. Both should work using one touch pad only like their previous models. Hopefully they can find a way to make this work again.”
