“Hello, the Platinum Led Biomax 450 unit has probably been one of my most important purchases of my life, not in terms of money but for the immense benefits it brings to my health and well-being. I had problems with my arm joints and one shoulder, the doctors told me I should take cortisone which I always refused. The Biomax 450 unit has changed everything, working in a non-invasive way, it's the whole body receives the benefits. I don't have any pain anymore. Red light therapy is the medicine of the future accessible today. But only use the best like Platinum Led products. Take a look at Alex Fergus' analysis and comparisons on the web and you'll see that Platinum Led always comes out on top. I recently bought a Platinum Led horizontal stand rack to improve the comfort of use, so it will allow me to add a second Biomax 450 unit by the end of the year.”

Hello Robert! Our apologies for any confusion caused by the appearance of every other row of lights not being lit on your BIOMAX light. We completely understand your concern, but rest assured, this is completely normal. The BIOMAX lights utilize Near InfraRed light (NIR+), which is not visible to the human eye. Although it may seem like some lights are not functioning, they are actually working perfectly and emitting the desired wavelengths of light. Keep in mind NIR is outside the spectrum your eyes are able to process, so you are not looking for the same type of brightness as the red lights. You can find more information on the NIR lights in the ‘Troubleshooting’ section of your manual. It's the first bullet point! We hope this helps and please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

“I got into red light for the promise of pain relief through studies I read. I have thirty years of accident related back pain. The first use of a Biomax 900 gave me 8 hours of sleep. I thought that if i got 10% of the benefit of the hype I would be happy. But it is 100% satisfaction for me. Great product.”

“Overall I am very pleased. When I emailed for help regarding use of the remote, I got a prompt response. One area where you have an opportunity to improve is in training and technical support for new owners. I have read several of your "Learn" documents online which are informative but ultimately geared toward sales. While I recognize customers can have a wide variety of equipment configurations, addressing the common issues/questions that arise would be beneficial to your customers as well as your corporate reputation.”

“These lights are like a miracle for me I used to have to wear a neck back brace almost everyday I would put heat wraps on the back of my neck and on my back and I don't do that anymore. It took about 3 months but I have no more pain and I do not wear a brace anymore to me that's a miracle. My sister is the one who told me about Platinum therapy lights she used them on her knee and her feet she had knee pain and her feet hurt her all the time after using the Platinum therapy lights her knee pain is gone and her feet are 80% better. She kept telling me how good they were and it took me about a year to finally get a light myself. Well after about 3 months I am a believer I now have four lights I have two 450s and two biomax 900 I also bought two of the Biomax horizontal stands they actually work both ways you can put them vertical or horizontal I have them it's like a mirror you stand in front of them and then there's two lights behind you but you can also put them horizontal they're super nice. I also bought the remote which is so nice it makes the lights all come on at once and you can shut them off all at once you can set the timer through the remote. If you don't have the remote you can set them singly which is easy to do also it just takes a little bit more time to do that. I'm going to attach a picture of how I have my lights. My brother has a light now and my other sister also has a light and my niece everybody loves them it's like how did I not find these lights sooner. Another thing they did for me is they gave me more stamina like for exercising I can do more without feeling tired. I use them 20 minutes a day about 4 days a week. You don't have to use them that much but I'm 65 and I feel like I need that much my sister only does 15 minutes three to four times a week and that works for her.”

“A while back, I bought a BIOMAX 600 with a horizontal stand. That combination works very well for me and I have enjoyed regular use of the LED light system since then. I wasn't sure if I would feel a difference but I can say without a doubt that regular use of the BIOMAX 600 does indeed provide deep muscle relaxation, especially after a good workout. In my case, it also helped me deal with minor skin issues like dry rashes in the winter months. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the performance of my BIOMAX 600 LED light system and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.”

“I purchased a Biomax 450 to add to my facial care regimen. I heard a lot of people saying red light therapy can help with fine lines and sagging skin.
