“Delivery information poor. Updates of delivery stopped after Germany due to nescessary info was not passed over to the Swedish carrier PostNord. This meant that no info came to me that packages had come to the agent were I was supposed to pick up. Lack of info made the agent confused as no info made it easy to give me the parcels. Not tried the product enough to give a review, however the table stand makes it so much easier to use the product.”

“Customer service is not up to par. Because of the verbiage on the website, I thought I needed a horizontal and vertical stand. Now, I have a vertical stand that I don't need, because the horizontal stand can be use vertically as well. No answer from customer service about a return, even though the box is unopened. Waiting to use the panels until I know whether or not I can return the stand.”

“I have only just received my Platinum LIght ultra panel x 2 and the appropriate stand to hold both of theese panels. As of yet I have been familiarising mnyself with the workings etc and have only had a couple of short sessions. So far very relaxing it must be said but I will comment further down the line for sure when I can give an honest review. I plan on using these in a commercial setting therefore I will also be monitoring my clients progress. However, I have read plenty on the subject of red light therapy and looked at the research and I am very optimistic about the benefits that will be axchieved. I would welcome the opportunity to share tthe views of my clients and myself in a couple of months time. For now just get busy relaxing and enjoy the journey.”

“Panel arrived very well packged and on time . Build quality "super" . One suggestion if I may : power switch on the back should be better situated , away from cord socket for easier access . I am very happy with my purchase .Five stars !!!”

“Have been using RL for a year and I love all my Platinum Lights- 300,600, & 900’s.I recently added the 900’s for even more coverage and power. Has dramatically improved my chronic back issues stemming from Scoliosis, muscle recovery after workouts, joint pain from old sport injuries! I also love to use RL for relieving all the tension in my neck and shoulders after a long drive.”

“I’m very pleased with the packaging and sturdiness of the light. I started losing my hair a few years ago and so my main focus with the light is to help with alopecia. The other benefits of using the light (improve skin quality, reduce wrinkles, help with muscle soreness, etc.) are like icing on a cake! Thanks for coming up with this product!”

“I am 57 and got tired of paying for a membership to have access to red light therapy. I researched and found Platinum was on of if not the best based on reviews. I have ended up buying two Bio 900 series lights and have them attached to the manual mount. I could not be more pleased with my in-home red light therapy, the convenience it provides and the overall savings. I have a lot of sun damage and age spots and have started to see them diminish. I also do 4-5 days a week of hot Pilates. I feel I can tell a difference in muscle recovery. I could not be more pleased. Love my in-home RTL.”

“Super easy to set up and start using. I'm dealing with a broken toe going on 11 weeks now, and am hopeful for faster healing. Also back and knee issues and just general soreness because I work out pretty hard. I also have a torn rotator cuff and a problematic bicep tendon. So I am hopeful that this will help. Hubby is also using it for knee and shoulder issues. It's only been a week, and I've heard it takes some time. So we'll be using it regularly and I feel optimistic!”

“A few issues. Extra cost i was not aware of to ship to the UK. The manual is in every language except English, which is a breach in the health and safety Act 1974. And the door hook is too small to fit any of my doors, so can't hang the panel either. The panel itself looks good, haven't been able to use it yet.”
