“Service excellent. Product perfect. Staff most helpful especially when I rang to say I had not received e mail confirmation. It had gone to spam which they pointed out so must be a common thing so that would be only thing that could be improved on although probably not their fault. Once looked at the tracker e mail very easy to follow and parcel was delivered the very next day after ordered. Will definitely use Play like Mum again and will check spam folder before ringing next time”

“Shopping experience couldn’t have been better, from the online ordering process to the extras I ordered over the phone. Staff member was friendly, professional and efficient. Goods delivered as promised. Unable to review yet as gifts will be unopened until Christmas. If I had to have one criticism, it would be that there is only one cosytoes included in the accessory pack for the twin buggies. It was no problem to order another one for £12.99 and it was explained to me that research had shown that most children playing with the twin buggies didn’t want to use the 2nd cosytoes, hence it’s not available in the pack. I still think there should be two in the accessory pack, even if it was more expensive. It doesn’t make sense to me and if I hadn’t bought an extra one then my granddaughter would definitely have questioned it.”

“Brilliant service, next day delivery as promised. Really good quality product. Bought as a Christmas present so it hasn’t been used yet but couldn’t resist a sneak peak while little one was at school. Would recommend and would use again!”
