“We have been using Plex for some years now and have always found everyone so helpful. Telephone manner excellent, always happy to help with any queries, provide good information and in site to the various stands, pods etc that Plex supply. Deliveries always on time. If we have had a problem with any of the goods they have always managed to help. Excellent all round service.”

“The products and storage bags always have a substantial feel to them and although we appreciate they may have been sourced in the Far East they have maintained a level of quality that gives some reassurance to our clients. The availability of spare parts and speed of the delivery is also above average.”

“The thing about Plex is you know you are dealing with a company that has been in the business longer than most of the others (who tend to come and go). They are dependable and have good customer service. Orders are on time and stress free.”

“The customer service team are excellent, friendly, helpful and committed to their company and the products they supply. Deliveries always arrive on time, and if there's ever a problem, I know I can pick up the phone and it will be sorted, quickly and efficiently. A great company who offer fantastic value for money with a good variety of products.”

“Plex range of products are very good and my contact Vicky Low has always been very friendly, helpful and efficient. On the very rare occasion anything does go wrong, it is nearly always sorted very quickly to my satisfaction. I especially order Advantage systems & Sigma roll-up stands, which are of very good quality. These are the only stands I use on my Premium range of stands, and would be very reluctant to change. A very good company to trade with!”

“I have been using and supplying Plex products to my customers for over 25 years, The product quality has always been spot on . I ordered 6 Sidewinder roller banner stands yesterday and they arrived the following day. I sell Plex because they have proved to be good quality at a reasonable price.”
