“I signed up for this service, created an account and set up everything they wanted me to set up. The growth was basically nonexistent and the data is invaluable. When a company does not offer refunds when they don't perform, you should be careful and STAY AWAY. F- company”

“I believe the other reviews on here are fake. My experience has been the worst. My biggest regret was not looking at the reviews posted on TrustPilot which seem to be more genuine before signing up with this service. It was an impulsive move on my part. I signed up for their 'Expert' plan which clearly stated that I would get "AI Powered Growth Engine" and "Dedicated Instagram Manager". No one connected with me, and on my dashboard if I clicked AI powered- there was an added fee attached (even though I signed up for their highest paid plan!) I cancelled the subscription in 24 hours and asked for a refund. The message I keep receiving is that they will forward my query to billing but no one from billing got back to me- it's already been a week. I've now had to flag this charge with my credit card company. Absolute fraud. They also have a 14day money back if you're unsatisfied as per their Terms of Service, which they don't seem to abide by either. It's a scam. Don't waste your money.”

“If you’re looking for a real review of Plixi, here it is. Plixi is a complete scam site. This site looks legit and the customer service will even actually respond to you, but it is all lies. They will continue to bill you even when you delete your card information. Every followers is fake. Then they will continue to bill you.”

“Awful! Created an account and within an hour realised that it was not great, everything it says you will get is actually something you have to pay for. also it says it is getting you followers but when you check your account, they aren't followers. Their customer service is shocking - I was told to cancel my account and they would refund me, which I did but I haven't been refunded and now they won't reply to my live chats. Avoid at all costs!”

“DO NOT WATSE YOUR MONEY! Huge scam! I purchased an annual subscription for my business. I noticed that after the first 30 days nothing was happening. I continued to watch and the services simply just stopped. I reached out for a refund and was told they do not do refunds after 30 days. So I can cancel my service but they will not give me a refund. I told them to reactivate and fix the service issues. They made promise after promise to fix but nothing. Also it took them a day to respond to a message. Hard to get customer service and assistance. Major scam. Run away from this company! Waste of time and money.”

“They charged me during the trial, it works for 2 days then it didn t work, they replied to message but didn t fix the problem. Be careful, it look like a scam. The website is from california, the invoice from texas with no business registration number and the payment gateway from eastern europe”
