They told me what I had paid for was a subscription which would come out of my account every month!!! My payment will go through and my bank, santander,will refund me my money.

Ordered shower tray , looks like a banana returned it for refund not received until today had to write to them 3 weeks later got it but not fully refunded, £20 short no explanation. Never again .
