Ich bin inzwischen äußerst enttäuscht von Plus500. Seit mittlerweile ca. 68 Stunden habe ich keinen Zugriff auf mein Konto. Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt, 08.09.2026, 19:52 Uhr (deutsche Zeit), besteht das Problem weiterhin und ist noch immer nicht gelöst.
Besonders problematisch ist, dass sich in meinem Konto eine offene Position befindet. Ich kann diese Position weder verwalten noch schließen und habe somit keinen normalen Zugriff auf mein eigenes Handelskonto und mein Geld.
Ich habe den Support bereits mehrfach kontaktiert und inzwischen mehrere E-Mails mit verschiedenen Lösungsvorschlägen erhalten. Ich habe die vorgeschlagenen Schritte ausprobiert, doch das Problem besteht weiterhin.
Ich habe mein Smartphone neu gestartet, die Plus500-App deinstalliert und erneut installiert und mein Passwort geändert. Die Passwortänderung wurde erfolgreich bestätigt, trotzdem kann ich mich auch mit dem neuen Passwort nicht anmelden.
Ich habe es sowohl über WLAN als auch über mobile Daten versucht. Auch meinen Router habe ich neu gestartet. Zusätzlich habe ich versucht, mich über den Browser meines Smartphones sowie über meinen Laptop anzumelden – ebenfalls ohne Erfolg.
Auf Wunsch des Supports habe ich weitere Schritte zur Fehlerbehebung durchgeführt bzw. dokumentiert, darunter das Löschen von Cookies sowie Anmeldeversuche über einen anderen Browser und im Inkognito-Modus. Trotzdem besteht das Problem weiterhin.
Was mich besonders beunruhigt: Bei einer Trading-Plattform kann eine offene Position innerhalb kurzer Zeit erhebliche Gewinne oder Verluste verursachen. Wenn ich über einen so langen Zeitraum keinen Zugriff auf mein Konto habe, kann ich weder auf Marktbewegungen reagieren noch meine Position schließen oder mein Risiko kontrollieren.
Ich kann deshalb derzeit nicht darauf vertrauen, dass ich im entscheidenden Moment Zugriff auf mein eigenes Handelskonto habe.
Nach ca. 68 Stunden ohne Kontozugriff und ohne Lösung des Problems kann ich aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrung nur 1 von 5 Sternen vergeben.”
