“Excellent from start to finish. Professional, efficient and friendly, I would highly recommend them. The men who packed up our belongings were great; the container storage worked perfectly with excellent communication from the office in Plymouth,. We were genuinely impressed. and the delivery to Edinburgh and unpacking (by Mark and Steve) couldn't have been better. They were so helpful and good natured”

“We were extremely impressed by how we were helped with a rather stressful move into storage at very short notice. From our initial enquiry to the day the removal men arrived to pack our belongings everyone has been professional and curtious at all times. We look forward to the next stage of our move from storage into our new home.”

“the men who delivered our goods were excellent...…..hepful ,polite and quick we were not impressed to initially receive an invoice for one days storage for April as the goods were being delivered that day and we had paid the company over £4000 in storage costs for the past 4+years and after requesting this delivery we had to wait a week from our call for the company to find a suitable date when they could carry out the work”

Thank you very much for taking the time to review Plymouth Removers. All feedback is shared with all of our staff. If I can cover both points you raised in your review starting with the container charge. Unfortunately, as you are still in possession of your containers until and during your removal technically they cannot be allocated to anyone else, hence the reason why all customers are charged on that the final day. In regards to the timeframe on removal out of storage, I have checked our call log. Initially, on your request, you hadn’t been supplied with a ‘removal from storage’ option. We quoted this the same day as your call and had you booked in with the removal 4 days later, as a turnaround, I’m sure you’ll agree on reflection that is a speedy turnaround. We wanted to thank you for all of your business with Plymouth Removers and we wish you all the very best in your new home.

“Plymouth removers did our move from Plymouth to the Chepstow area in Wales at the start of April. On day 1, Pete, Mark (and Mike) loaded up our stuff into the van and the following day Pete and Mark delivered to our new house. All the guys were excellent. We had no breakages and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely reccommend Plymouth Removers.... Not only were they one of the least expensive but the standard of service would be difficult to beat. The guys made what could have been a stressful move into a simple and worry free relocation. Mr and Mrs M”
