“I called on a BH Monday because of a blocked drain, the engineer (Sean) responded to my call promptly and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He quickly identified the blockage and resolved that problem and also stayed later in the evening to sort out a further issue. There was an additional (reasonable) charge for this which was made very clear and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Would recommend this service.”

“Called Sean at 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon and was with me by 5.30....... diagnosed the problem straight away which others had failed to do and all was done and dusted within 1hour, excellent service and highly recommend, all for a great price too! Cheers Sean.”

“Power Rod came and cleared the blockage to a stack that had blocked and flooded our flat. The engineer was professional, calm and incredibly helpful. It was caused by scale build up on the bend at the base of the stack pipe”

“Thank you first for providing such a professionally well run service. Your engineer that did the visit was excellent and very polite and spoke really clearly so I could understand the problems easily. He even took his shoe's off and on going through the house. Your report is thorough and clear too and the video was so useful.”

“Efficient, helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. Clear explanations and thorough discussion of problem, arrived promptly and on time and had the blockage cleared quickly with further helpful discussion of cause and what to do to prevent reoccurrence. “I called Powerrod last week because my drain was overflowing in the back garden and when I tried to use a drain plunger the plunger broke, Powerrod attended promptly and cleared the blockage and also used a state of the art camera to try to find the broken bit of plunger (although they did not find it). The drain has been running without a problem since then. I recommend them.”

“Evidence of rats in loft - horrified and terrified! PowerRod were recommended to me - they came out straight away - surveyed the property - put a camera down the drain - resolved the problem and up to now no recurrence. Customer Service was excellent - even empathetic! - and reasonably priced. Would have no hesitation in recommending PowerRod. Val, Aylesbury”

“Brian and Sean have looked after all our drainage needs for nearly 17 years now and have never let us down. “As it says on the tin, Fast and Effective Service. I would add very professional. I phoned late morning and had my drins sorted by mid afternoon by their very professional and polite engineer Tim. I would recommend this company to everyone.”
