Technical support doesn’t have any technical knowledge. At least their email response to my very detailed question was clueless. Also only replied bank once to the original question & not to any other responses. Bad customer support & service

Hello, We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding. Typically when users have a DIY setup, in this case DIY solar conversion setup to charge a battery pack, while it can possibly work, it is not a conventional charger for Li-ion or LiPo packs. Because the charging device deviates from this, our team is unable to provide validation on whether its compatible - should it not perform as intended or if other issues occur. We’d like to remind you that button top and flat top batteries are different in design. Chargers designed for button top batteries may not work with flat top batteries, as they lack the tab necessary to reach the charging terminal. It said that expected shipping would be 5 to 7 business days and it's been 10 days now and it's still several states away. I called customer service and all they did was make excuses for the carrier they sent the package with instead of figuring out what happened to ensure my purchase was either on its way, or could be sped up! I love the products and thought I was making the right decision by going through the company itself but instead, I think it was a huge mistake! Need to swap to a reliable carrier!

Since this is the second request for a review in less than two weeks when I haven't even received a shipping confirmation or tracking number saying my order has even shipped, I'm obliged to give a one star review.
