“After numerous attempts to place an on line order form with out success. I then left a recorded message seeking help from customer assistance. Side note. The failure to process the order was on my end as I was not completing the order form correctly. My request for help was provided in a timely manner by email and the shipment was sent. “I purchased a dehumidifier, and upon opening the box, the water tank was missing. I emailed Tenergy, and when no reasons I called (total of 2-3 days). Then 3 days later the water tank was at the door. Ps: I haven?t looked at the water tank yet as I just picked it up the package.”
“Tenergy great but Website flawed. For example I'm looking for NiMH batteries and charger combo. I click on Chemistry...NiMH and it shows 72 items and displays first 12 on page 1 of 6. EVERY ONE of the 12 showing are rechargeable but if you click Rechargeable..."Yes" - it only shows 4 that meets your criteria. Only an example showing the flaw for your website designer to review. Website search is NOT accurate nor user friendly. Each selection should be a further refinement of the filters. Your website search screens really needs to be reviewed and fixed as this is your bread and butter guys!”

“After 1 short season of use, my beanie speaker battery died. It will not take a charge this season less than a year later. Customer service says I need to keep this charged every once in a while. Who knew? They discounted a new speaker/battery combo for my beanie which I purchased. Good service, but still bummed the speaker/battery in my beanie died in less than 1-year.”

However it was a little difficult to find the area on your web site that is intended for ordering. It appears that part of your web site is designed for quoting. Another is designed for on line sales. Also, your web site references Streamlight but it appears that you do not sell their product. Suggestion, make your products in the USA.”
“I would have given you 5 starts but I got the request for a review 3 days before the batteries I ordered. That told me the batteries were shipped but I did expect them a day after I got the e-mail but it took 3 more days Batteries are excellent.”
“Many options to choose from. But even with filters on the side I still spent a lot of time searching for the combination of charger and lots of batteries that I wanted. The final price was good considering how any extra batteries I ordered.”
