“Lovely slimline heater which fits well on our conservatory dwarf wall and looks good. It was a bit long winded to set up the heating programme but it works well and warms the room nicely. We had to wait a further two weeks over the six week delivery time given when we ordered it due to a shipment error, but your customer service dept kept us well informed up to the date of delivery.”

“1st radiator arrived damaged, quickly dealt with but vague description of collection and delivery of replacement caused cancellation of my electrician. No template for fixings!!”

Our Company Policy is that any product that may arrive damaged is to be Repaired or Replaced, once the damage item is received back to our warehouse, we can then send out a replacement. I can confirm we arranged collection of your faulty heater and delivered a new one promptly. From your order notes I can see you were made aware of when the collection and delivery would take place.
