They do not refund. I have been in contact with them since over a month now and have only heard '' we have escalated your case and we will get back to you''. Even if you follow the rules, it doesn't matter.

Their customer service is accessible only via email, and responses from representatives—specifically Hamza R, Yasmina, and Ghita—have consistently promised prompt refunds but have delivered nothing.

Stay away from this company. I cancelled a booking on April 17th and it's now June 19th and still no refund. I was promised it would be refunded within 5-7 days and despite dozens of emails and calls I am still waiting. Look at the other reviews before taking a chance with these scammers.

The hotel I was staying with authorised a 50% room refund and advised Prestigia in writing. It's been over a month now and still no refund. They use delay tactics with no intention of giving you the refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.

We have cancelled our reservation that was meant to be for October 2025 already since 24th of March 2025. Still no refund. Standard email saying it is currently being processed. This is unacceptable since it clearly says refund within 7-10 working days. Have anyone taken a legal action against them?
