“Unfortunately my new frames had been damaged when the lab put the lenses in. I contacted Prevatoir and they were really apologetic and helpful. Jenny specifically took the issue seriously and went out of her way to oversee the return and replacement process. Whilst I was disappointed that my first pair had been damaged I was pleased with how well they responded and resolved the situation.”

“The refund process is an absolute joke. They take 7 days from receiving the item back before processing the refund, which then takes between 3-5 working days to hit your account.
Comms are awful, if they respond at all - avoid.
There are better websites to buy your Sunglasses from, so choose wisely.”
“Avoid this company, they take your money sell you a frame that breaks within dates for refund only to force a gift card on you. Then don't have frames you try to buy with it. When you ask for your money as the first pair were not fit for purose force another gift card when you want to buy the frames elsewhere and then you can't.”
