I was nervous about ordering glasses/sunglasses online but due to the fact I wanted Chanel frames I ordered through pretavoir. Unfortunately the colour frame I wanted was no longer available, I was contacted straight away offering alternative or a refund, I went with an alternative colour, the customer care team let me try the frames to ensure i was happy with them. Customer care we’re always quick to respond to queries and my glasses/sunglasses are perfect. Will definitely order from Pretavoir again. Fabulous customer satisfaction 😊
