“I’ve purchased the shampoo and the conditioner and loved the fragrance so I thought I’d purchase the Cologne. The cologne was a huge disappointment. The fragrance only lasted about an hour. Considering the price, I very disappointed. I groom and show dogs and I will not recommend the cologne.”

Hi Joan, We are sorry you don't like the cologne. We need to be very careful about the % of fragrance we use in our products, since dogs are very sensitive to them. Also, the duration sometimes depends on how the skin interacts with it, just like us humans, some scents stay longer and others don't. Thank you for your feedback. Patricia

“We ordered the shedder shampoo, conditioner and brush. Unfortunately it did not work for our dog at all. Right after the shower and getting dried off he was immediately flaky. Even a couple days after the shower he is still flaky. We only used a quarter size amount of their product but because we tried it we can't return it...so we are out of $80. Spent more money on the dog's shampoo and conditioner than our own. The brush also does not work well for dachshunds (short hair). If their return policy was better they would have gotten more stars.”

“I was so excited to purchased this for my 7 month puppy, just want to give him the best! Unfortunately I used it he lost so much hair couldn’t believe it! He also had his skin irritated I looked everywhere to get in touch with someone? Couldn’t find anything like an email address or phone number? So I have to leave this terrible review because I’m frustrated with the company , I wish I can get a refund, I’m just very disappointed with the product !”
