Eventually, I took matters into my own hands and uploaded the book covers myself, fixing the issues along the way. I would not recommend this service to anyone; save your money. They overcharge for work you can easily do yourself. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. The lack of professionalism and care has made this a terrible experience, one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.”
