“Well where do I begin with this company, talk about bad customer service, before anyone even thinks about trading with them (well don’t !!!!!!! ) They take your money and then try to take more money by manipulation and twisting your words over the phone luckily my bank blocked the transaction of a £1000 and cancelled my card, these people need to be locked up and never be able to run companies, they are the lowest of the low please please never ever open an account with this company, also after my card was stopped they were still ringing me, they even sent an email with same logo different name unbelievable never use this company, they also become very aggressive on phone, the give u a bonus of $200 to make you think they a good company but it’s all for show I stupidly invested £250 and they said to get full benefits of the trading platform u need to put £370 which is $500, with the $200 on top had $700 in my account within minutes it was $964 and within a few days was $2000 I then started reading more about them and that’s when I thought it’s a scam so rang them up to close my account, they said no worries so I thought lovely get my money back he said on phone do you want the funds transferred to your account and I said yes looked at my account and he had withdrawn £1063 not paid it back, luckily the fraud team stopped the transaction, always do your research before you sign up to these companies I wish I had”

“Big time scam, Lost 250$. They took my deposit and convinced me its in safe hand, in few days i see my balance to be 1866 $ and then i decided to withdraw a part of this profit and there i raised request for withdrawal and then the actual story started. this broker called Chester, who was so nice till now, start manipulating and tried to convince me that this cannot be withdrawn and actually asked me deposit more. After much delebration he agreed and what they agreed that they will deposit equivalent currency in my Binance account( I earlier told them that I have invested in crypto through Binance) . So they told me to share screen and download AskDesk( its an app which allows the other side to take control of your PC). I did that and what they were trying was to click on Withdraw in my Binance account and wthdraw all my money to their account. Somehow, I realized this and stopped it at once and that furstrated them. they told me if i dont do it this way I will never get my money back. I have all emails to prove my point and I have my profitsTrade login where I see my balance at 1866$ but cant withdraw.”

Absolute scamming company stay away. When i showed interest in trading i was contacted by someone called Micheal Ross who said was a senior broker with profitstrade. I tried to check on the company website and it seemed genuine and was given very less time to make a decision on deposits. He was very good to speak to and made me feel as if i was in the right hands. We went through some figures and how we could make good returns. Though some figures were too good to be true but don't know why i wasn't thinking and taking time before committing to invest. I was recommended to invest into cryptocurrencies which i did . I deposited close to £10000 on bitcoins from a genuine company and then it was transferred to my profitstrade account. I was able to see the amount in my account and was happy that i am in good hands . I only realised i was scammed when all of a sudden there was no contact with my so called broker Micheal . I left numerous calls and message but no reply. Then i managed to get in touch with the online chat team and explained the situation. They confirmed that Micheal works for them and he is busy with other trades and would return my call . Days passed but no call from him. I requested for a withdrawal which was again confirmed by the chat team that has been approved and with finance team but have never seem and amount trasferred to my bank account.
After all these years being careful i got scammed and that too for a big amount.

I should have known better than being taken in by this fraudulent outfit. The participating names from them are: Ashley Baker, Walter Martin & Michael Ross. I should have taken on board my own initial assessment, that, the scheme was just too good to be true, however the promises by their Ashley Baker made, such as “easy recovery if not satisfied going forward” persuaded me to invest with them. However at the end of the day, when I requested that I should withdraw my original spend value, they shut-down the transactions and kept the lot. The last communications read: -
(It is still my wish and I believe my right to get connected with you or your line manager, for the purpose of making a withdrawal of 20,300 UST (the value of my inputs) to my Coinbase BTC Wallet.
However, they simply shut the system down, closed the email communications and kept the whole lot.
