bought a blender 3 months ago stopped work after little use called and told I needed to order part which wasn't covered under warranty it was £8.50 which was not to bad but the delivery £6 delivery and was advised I will need to replace this part every 3 months this should be on the advert of the blender

Hello there, thanks for your review. There is no steadfast rule in when you should replace parts, the frequency you need to replace the blades and/or drive socket completely depend on how often the blender is used and the manner in which it is used. 3 to 6 months is advisable for high volume establishments. I'm not saying this is the case here but one very common cause of parts wearing out quickly is removing the jug from the blender before the motor has come to a complete stop. The huge benefit of our blenders is that if the drive socket or blades wear out they can be replaced easily and relatively cheaply. Most other blenders do not allow this and you are required to purchase a brand new jug or blender at considerable cost. The wrong address was provided to UPS by Projuice, they didn't call to notify me that my delivery was going to be delayed by another 3 days, even though I provided the correct address, I needed some smoothie cups for a charity event that i was hosting, now last minute i will be having to look for some more. No tracking number was provided when I made the purchase, I only received it when i called up to tell them that i hadn't received my goods. The cups are now no good to me and I have paid for delivery which was a fifth of the cost, no refund was offered, no remorse for any mistakes, very annoyed.

Hi Mr Rahman, Please accept our apologies for this mix up. We used the address provided on the website order and forwarded this to UPS. We are sorry for the communication breakdown - your email should have been supplied to UPS and on this occasion it was missed off - this is a rare occurrence and we hope this experience won't put you off ordering again. Hello Mr Shah, I'm sorry you feel this way, however I assure you we did everything in our means to accommodate you and satisfy your order. After rearranging delivery from Monday to Wednesday you informed us whilst our driver was outside your shop that you were unable to accept the order due to illness. We offered to unload the stock into your freezers and help in any way we could. We informed you that if we had to redeliver on Friday there would be a reasonable £30 re-delivery charge due to the cost of refrigerated delivery. If you would like to continue with your order please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Waffle dough was disgusting. Swirl machine only not working properly after day one.

Hi Yan, Good to speak with you yesterday regarding our waffles and swirl. To reiterate: Our waffles are authentic liege waffles made in Belgian to a traditional recipe. A liege waffle will always be very sweet due to the pearl sugar used in the dough. There are many varieties of waffles including savoury ones but we only sell the Liege and it has proved very popular indeed. I believe the problem with your Swirl machine has now been rectified - the product needs to be at -18°C for the perfect ice cream or frozen yogurt. The driver didnt have a clue about thr products and delivered while i was very busy at the café. I called the following day to mention a missing item from the delivery, however the receptionist failed to believe me. I don't think a client should experience what I have despite spending almost £300 on goods from yourselves.

Hello Yalda, Thank you for your order and your valuable feedback Our drivers are not trained in our products as our range is very extensive – however during the hours of 8:30 and 5pm we are always available at the end of the phone to help with any queries regarding deliveries, product range and promotional support. With regards to your missing item our sales team would have no reason to doubt you and I apologise if you feel this was the case – we always fulfil our customers’ orders and hopefully exceed their expectations. The confusion seems to have occurred because you received the correct number of boxes and signed to state your delivery was complete plus no boxes were returned to our depot.
