“Did have problem installing and would not accept the product key, contacted customer service and the sent me a replacement key by the next morning. I was able to activate my program after that. Customer service was great on fixing the problem”

“I made the mistake of buying an account elsewhere not realising what I wanted was a product key. In the end I had to ditch the other account because I just could not download Office. After that experience I was as little sceptical, I didn't need any more stress but within minutes of buying a product key from Properkeys I had my product key accepted and had downloaded Office.
