“Needed the report to pay my 2021 taxes, I lost the bill mailed to me. This report didn't have the number for the property, this web site is hard to navigate. The photo was not my house.”

“It was an accurate and precise report, I found what I needed about the property of my interest. the only thing they said was one dollar report but I paid $23.95. I was upset at the beginning but after seeing the report I got more relaxed.”

“I liked the information, it was detailed enough to help me complete a form about a house including tax and land values. But, apparently I missed something in the fine print. I thought I was paying $1.00 but was charged $18.95? Not sure where that came from. Web designer/company needs a pop up and a receipt please! Otherwise, a good site!”

“Because I'm trying to ascertain the status of this and associated property, I value the historical information. For example, I learned that this property is known by two different street numbers (2600 & 2598). Presumably, that means the property consists of two lots. This will have to be verified, but it's still a very good lead.”

“Easy to use, a lot of information obtained. I did spot some inaccuracies on my report. It shows 1 bedroom instead of 2. Otherwise, it looks good. Fast and easy.”

“Property Record provided a very good report, especially for only $1. It provided nearly everything I wanted to know except for the deed information - looks like it I will have to pay extra for that information. Still way cheaper than other websites.”
