“So; the renewal was easy initially. But fast forward to me cancelling. When I initially requested the cancellation the person I spoke to followed procedure and tried to sting me with a hefty £200+ cancellation fee as I was 8 months into the policy. After cooling down, I called up and asked to speak to someone regarding a cancellation complaint. A minute later the rep (Paul) helped me get the final fee and payment down to just under £80. So yes my initial reaction was horrible, anger even. But this man sorted me out. Thanks Paul!”

“Everything. Misleading service. Explained that I was at work and needed to go, even emphasised that I did not need the policy to start straight away, told only take a minute, took much longer and was a waste of my time. Grounds on which I was quoted as new price is unfair as I signed acontract (online) which was not honoured. At least with other providers, they have a disclaimer.”
