“I paid t renew my bike insurance before the due date and was hit by a car before the new insurance came into effect. I reported the accident, but chose to claim through the third party's company. I then received a message from the insurance company due to take over the policy on the renewal date asking about my accident, quoting an incorrect date. I also received a message from Right Choice saying that the new company wanted more money because I had not declared the accident (despite reporting it to Right Choice). My insurance is due for renewal tomorrow and I have had no communication form Right Choice giving details of how much it would cost to insure again through them.”
