“I had a long chat with Lee at RCIB over a 2 day period I can honestly say he is so professional and helpful. He helped me find a quote. Detailed everything and was very patient too. INSURANCE IS SP LONG WINDED however, when customer service is good you dont even feel it. Thanks Lee”

“Car insurance was due for renewal, so shopped around to see prices, found it cheaper elsewhere but gave RCIB a call to see if they could match it Chap I spoke to, Alfie, was brilliant throughout the call and when I said I wanted some time to think it over, he promised to give me a callback a few hours later. He called me 10 minutes later and gave me an even better quote which I was happy to go with and renew with RCIB there and then. Not only did they match it, they actually made it cheaper. Alfie, you're a legend.”
