“Over the phone is usually quite difficult for me and I usually end up flapping because I've forget everything that's been said because they are usually fast and complicated, but over this phone call everything was clear and easy to understand. Ethan was very friendly and easy to talk to and understand. Everything was explained to me clearly, we had a laugh about something which made the phone call less daunting.”
